Being a leader can sound SUPER SCARY, I know it...trust me. However, the reality is that you lead every single day in some way whether it be at work, at home, and in between when you are doing "all the things". My hope is that these easy to navigate resources can make you feel a little less SCARED, & a little more WORTHY to be the leader in your Scentsy business that you are a called to be. Please make sure to take the tools you need to LEAD WELL. You are not a leader by accident so remember that leadership is a gift that you have the opportunity to serve.
