2. Scheduling and Service Calls

· Diagnostic fees may apply if you decline a repair estimate.

· The diagnostic fee is waived for same‑day authorized service above $300.

· Same‑day service is available when booked before 5 PM, Monday–Friday, subject to technician availability.

· We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, parts availability, or other conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

· All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of service.

· Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair.

· Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Discounts

We offer a 15% discount on authorized repairs for senior citizens and active/veteran military members. Valid identification may be required.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

· We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranties on repairs are provided in writing at the time of service.

· We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third‑party modifications.

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, Above N Beyond Mechanical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. License and Insurance
