Fires of Conviction
Aelantir
Bagcatir: Spread Republicanism and unify Eordand as a religiously tolerant and democratic country. Get access to some colonial nations to bolster your colonization and get to work with the natives.
Raithtall: Restore the fallen kingdom of Dorcurt and assert yourself as the true leader of the Autumn Court. Eliminate the threats posed by Winter and the Eordellon crusaders. Balance power between monarchist and theocrat factions while dealing with the harsh Gloam Knight in the new Twilight Court reform.
Effelai Tribes (For real this time):
Ae’n Saldyano: Celebrate life and adventure while braving great foes, and doing diplomacy with the various Effelai worshippers you meet along the way
Sel’Parura: Put the vile Leechmen, worshippers of your Goddess’s rival, into the swamp they crawl out from; be an example to her other children, and test their faith so that they may better serve her will
Kamaraka: Hunt the greatest beasts the jungle has to offer and finish off your cowardly rivals in Taychend
Ingani: Prove your worth through a vast number of trials, and become the most skilled hunters in the entirety of the Effelai
Xoti’Guao: Cultivate an endless garden across the Effelai while navigating its many dangers, and dedicate it wholly to your Goddess
Larankar: Defy Destiny as Erankar the Defiant, conquering Taychend with your Larankarha cavalry and binding it to you through both fear and opulence.
Gophira: Do you enjoy restoring great empires reduced to rump states? Do you like alternate mission paths? Love yourself a professional army? Then Gophira might be the nation for you.
Zaernmaera – Ride to conquer Taychend as Zaernmaera, the feared Chendhyan horde who have adopted the religion of the Taychendi. Establish Sygoraet fortress cities across Taychend to establish your influence, raise Zaernsarlan the Ravager as a god-hero, and end Ebenanth’s legacy once and for all.
Vuls Tenvach: The skies above Thekvussam Cape are clear for now. The intermingling of Kheionai and Taychendi however cannot end peacefully. As the tensions grow and Olorsises ‘the Great’ comes to power, you have to choose which of the two destinies you shall follow.
Taychendi Empire: Taychend Rises Alone, an Empire Vainglorious. In the Taychend formable MT, wield the Vainglory government mechanic to turn bloody conquest into economic growth, delve into both amoral artificery and strange magics to increase your power, and much much more.
Ameion (Rework): Restore Order to an Aelantir torn by Chaos, and reclaim the birthright of the civilization that came before the Ruin.
Kherka (Rework): Rise above the other Kheions, and turn Alecand into an industrial might
Bulwar
Kumarkand: Out of the ashes of Bulwar, reclaim your legacy as Kumarkand, the sole heir of the Karqašlu Empire, Surakel’s First Empire. Hold fast to the traditions of the Karqašlu while you restore the Ituqattar and Sarraka Cavalry as a voice from the past guides your Akals to reclaim their birthright.
Ovdal Tûngr: Team up with Crathanor to restore peace and prosperity to Bahar, then Divenhal and the Bulwar, and venture across the seas to Sarhal and even Haless to amass enough wealth to finance the ultimate expression of dwarven sea power: Ovdal Uthoj, the Sea Hold.
Cannor
Brambleskinner: Fight the Fey with fire and a lot of blackpowder. Celebrate your capitalist ascension with nice fireworks!
Broken Jaw: Gavin vengeance from Frozenmaw, and with the help of the trolls claim and tame the lands that were promised by the Brasûr the Betrayer.
Count's League (Rework) - Face the debts of dark dealings head on, as the curse of a hag plagues your land even as you restore lost Castellyr.
Giberd (Rework): Create an artificer elector that unites the Esmari people under Ravelianism and betters their lives with technology, making a hierarchy that will go down in history!
Gisden: From humble beginnings, battle your neighbours to become the true lord of The Borders, whether in the name of the Salt Lion of Arannen… Or something much, much older…
Karakhanbar: The Emeraldtide was rough but from the ashes of internal orcish strife rise orcs unbreakable like metal. Wield Fires of the Black Hearth as you wage war against the Fey of the Deepwoods and the forest itself. But beware - the Prince was only defeated, not killed.
Cannorian Kobolds / Kobildzan (Rework): For too long, kobolds have been rejected by the dragons. Now, you find them; then, you become them!
Moonhaven (Rework): Updated mission tree, tons of quality of life, new mission rewards for colonising Aelantir and a fully new Sarhal branch. New Ravelian missions.
Orda Aldresia: Stabilize your infighting order, rebuild your collapsing ancestral castles, take revenge on the deviously politicking Magisterium, and go on to fight a King of Blood and Darkness
Stalbór (Stalwart Band formable): Forgive, rebuild, and share your vision of an equal world to all
Silentblade: First Chosen of the Blackened Prince, blessed with His favor. Subsume the orcish clans, shackle the goblins, and crush the elves. Only then may true vengeance begin.
Themarenn: Explore the inner workings of the Fourth Lilac War, build Canals, Palaces, and in-land Impressment Offices. Out the infernal court and clear them out of Esmaria, restore the duchy of Cann Esmar and become the one true King of the River!
Wyvernheart (Brave Brothers formable): Enforce your vision on Escann, harness the power of the Crimson Deluge, create the infamous Burnblood mutants and rise as Witch-King.
Rósande (Order of the Ashen Rose formable): Establish an illustrious aristocracy of Lencori outcasts, bring the orcs to heel and shackle them to your will. Explore the legacy of the old kingdoms and establish yourself as their true heir, as your slaves get ever more unruly...
Dwarovar
Masked Butcher: Become the monsters whispered of only in Halann’s darkest horror stories. Slaughter the heroes they send to stop you. Carve masks from your victims and claim their strengths for yourself. Witness the last flames of faith fade from their eyes, before blessing them with a new one, oh god-begot, god-begot.
Grônstunad: Oppose the ever expanding Command and reclaim the Jade Mines for the Dwarves, making it prosper once more as you extract all the riches hidden beneath. Restore the Jade Empire and create your own crown to reject the rule of Amldihr as the capital of the Aul-Dwarov.
Sarhal
Khugra: Survive the War of Colors against all odds, crush those that would see you charged in chains, rule Taneyas as a first among equals, launch yourself to the seas and spread lizardkind far and wide, uniting vast lands and varied peoples under the sapphire banner. Strengthen your ties with the mystical Araizary, and receive wondrous rewards in exchange, as you search together for a long lost goddess.
Zuvavim: Destroy the Kuiikan menace and seek good relations with Halflings
Kulugiash: Maintain the Medasi compromise until it breaks, refine a military elite, and breed the best steeds Sarhal has seen as you conquer Horashesh.

Duwarkani: Lead your Khetist harpy paladins and retake the Mother’s Sorrow, integrate the monstrous races of Sarhal, and finally discover the truth about what happened to Castan Beastbane…
Ekha: Drive back the gnolls from your land and unite the 3 sister realms of Akasik, expand your reach beyond to Aelantir and Fangaula and begin a new age of glory for Akasik
Mihitarab: Fulfill the ambition of your king by uniting Fahvanosy and uncover dark secrets in your realm that have been hidden for centuries
Vandipha: Cover the chains of your slaves in gold as you erect a decadent empire of harimari upon the glittering seas of Sarhal and Haless.
Rakkaz: Follow the Warlocks and heed the voices of the Mazu Makhara, who, in exchange for pain, blood, and sacrifice, promise limitless power beyond mortal comprehension, manifesting as either the demonic entities of the Xhazobkult or the dark patrons of the Shadow Pact.
Averilibet: Use marriage and games to bring Tanizu traditions into the heart of Amilak's realm.
Haless
Bhuvauri: Take the reins of the slave republic, reeling in the wake of a natural disaster. Forge a path to recovery, get revenge on your former masters, reform your society and create one of the strong militaries in Rahen.
Pasiragha: Ponder the nature behind High Philosophy teachings, the castes, life, death, and everything in between within the Hall of Endless Debate and lead Rahen to glory as the true Philosopher-Raja.
Avhavubhiya (Sanghariyar formable): Use your superior spies to infiltrate the courts of kingdoms all across Sarhal and Haless to forge your new empire for the Raghamidesh. You may not be the strongest or wealthiest of the major Raghamidesh kingdoms, but you are the craftiest. Thrive within the shadows, and leave no trace on your path to power, only a trail of cold cases.
Sarkhashabid (Sanghariyar formable): Unite the Raghamidesh states under one banner, using your superior diplomatic prowess to befriend your enemies, and exceptional merchant guilds to strangle and bleed out the competition, one nation's coffers at a time. The trade must flow, and you will be sure to take your cut, and then some!
Davharral (Sanghariyar formable): Rise from the desert sands to unite the Raghamidesh as an unlikely contender, being sure to deal with the looming threats to the west. Restore the water crisis, bring running water to the masses, build a city of enlightenment and progress, and secure the coast of the Far Salahad!
Iyarhashar (Sanghariyar formable): The path to power is paved in blood and layed by slaves. Use the powerful slavers guild of Dvirashar to create your maritime empire and “convince” other states to help you “willingly”. Nothing bad ever happened from mass slavery, right?
Shenral (Sanghariyar formable): The final Raghamidesh state, and the most difficult start. A prahabi of the Raj, still bitter over its defeat just over a decade ago, the future looks bleak. But the Raj may not be as sturdy as it once seemed, perhaps an opportunity is on the horizon. Can you lead Shenral through the troubled waters ahead on the path to success and vengeance on those who once subjugated them and those who left them behind?
