PLEs are different among each and every individual because they are constantly changing to improve their needs.

A PLN is a collaborative and communicative network in which the individual is exposed to within their work environment. The PLN provides direct contact with others in their organization who share similar values and seek positive production of their goals. The PLN provides an environment with a progressive and forward-thinking mindset favoring the maximum benefit of the institution.
