The YoY increase in revenues reflects the strong demand and continuous growth of Coursera.

Across businesses, governments, and campuses, Coursera expanded partnerships and launched new initiatives. Coursera plans to expand in Latin America, and most recently, partnered with universities in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina to expand its reach. Coursera is partnered with over 200 universities, businesses, and non-profits. Welcomed 15 new educator partners to the platform, including 4 top-ranked Indian universities and industry leaders like Accenture, Coinbase, Genentech, and HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Coursera stated in their Second Quarter 2022 Financial Results that they expanded their Meta partnership with 5 new entry-level Professional Certificates for in-demand careers in the field of software engineering. Furthermore, they announced 3 new degree programs, including a partnership with Northeastern University and Mayo Clinic to offer the first university and industry collaborative degree.

Overall, Coursera is a financially healthy company. It is valued at $4B. It is noted that total revenues and gross profit increased while net loss decreased. And even though the free cash flow decreased, the amount of net cash used in operating activities decreased which indicates a well-managed and profitable company. Coursera is expanding and innovating as shown above which is indicative of more profits and stronger position in the marketplace. However, Coursera does not pay dividends.
