Type: Basic Sessions for people concerned with all kinds of yoga types. They are conducted from Monday to Friday.

Type: Beginner sessions for those who have just started practising yoga. They are conducted from Monday to Friday.
Timings - 5:15 to 6:15 pm (IST)
Type: Basic Sessions for people who find the evening curriculum better than morning ones. They are conducted from Monday to Friday.
Timings - As Convienient
Type: These sessions are specifically for postural and stress relief. They can be conducted for organizations as a group session.
Timings - As Convenient
Type: For people, who are not convenient with the yoga timings can have sessions at their convenient time.

Type: For the elderly, who want to practice yoga and make it a part of their schedule.
Timings - 9:00 to 10:00 am
Type: For kids (7-14), in order to improve concentration power and physical strength. Saturday and Sunday
