We are a new cocktail bar and don't currently have a premises. We are currently in talks for collaborations and takeover events and will be talking to investors in the coming months.
In the meantime we are private hire only for now.

Cocktails can be organised into 5 core groups based on primary flavour profile. Salty, Sweet, Sour, Bitter and Umami.
Salty drink: Dirty Martini or Margarita
Sweet drink: Daiquiris or desert based cocktails
Sour drinks: Amaretto/Whisky sour or Ramos
Bitter drinks: Negroni, old fashioned or Garibaldi
Umami drinks: Italian fancy or bloody Mary

D.D does not currently have a physical location, The setup and supplies are transferred to whatever event space is needed.
1) The bar set up is built out of a collection of collapsible shelves that can be deconstructed and reconstructed at the event location.
