Khaja (khaju.km@gmail.com, pap22_khaja@niper.ac.in) is currently enrolled as a PhD scholar in our group.
Mr Khaja did his master’s in Niper- Guwahati. He has ample experience in handling hyphenated techniques like LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, LC-MSn, LC-HRMS, and ICP-MS, and he also has a good command of various regulatory guidelines like ICH and US-FDA. He is working on lipid profiling of In-House developed NCEs in amyloid diseases.
Apart from academics, khaja also plays badminton and table tennis. He won a gold medal in table tennis at intra-Niper sports meets, represented the NIPER-M in an inter-university Table Tennis tournament, and won a silver medal for NIPER-M.
PIRANGI (srikanthpirangi@gmail.com, pap22_srikanth@niper.ac.in) has enrolled as a PhD scholar in our research group. He completed his master's degree at NIPER-Guwahati, focused on “Analytical Method Development of Validated Stability Indicating RP-HPLC Method For The Estimation Of Sulfamethoxazole, Trimethoprim & Benzyl Alcohol In SMX & TMP Injection Formulation,”
His research focuses on lipid profiling of newly developed chemical entities (NCEs) for treating Type-II Diabetes.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he consistently engages in physical activities, including regular workouts at the NIPER-M Ground. Additionally, he finds enjoyment in playing badminton and table tennis, showcasing his versatility and passion beyond the realm of academia.
Deepak is a PhD scholar passionate about omics studies, mainly focusing on developing new methods for identifying and quantifying metabolites and lipids in biological samples. He is also interested in pharmacy ecotoxicology. Outside of his research, Deepak enjoys reading books related to psychology, philosophy, and geopolitics. He is interested in how these fields can be used to understand human behavior and social dynamics.
RUSHIKESH BIRADAR
Rushikesh Biradar, a PhD Scholar, is passionate about omics studies that mainly focus on developing and validating new LC-MS/MS methods for identifying and quantifying metabolites in biological samples. Along with these studies, he also has experience in preclinical pharmacokinetics studies, plasma-protein binding studies, and in-vitro metabolic stability studies.
He also has experience handling analytical instruments like HPLC, FT-IR, UV-visible spectroscopy, and hyphenated techniques like LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS. Outside of his research, Rushikesh enjoys reading books and playing games like badminton, cricket
Swati has enrolled as PhD scholar. She has good experience handling analytical instruments like HPLC, FT-IR, LC-MS, Flash Chromatography, and UV-VIS Spectroscopy. She spends her leisure time reading novels, watching podcasts, and playing cricket.
Gayathri Loganathan was born in Tiruppur, Tamilnadu. I have completed my bachelor of pharmacy degree at Dr. MGR Medical University. Now, she is pursuing an integrated PhD in our group.
Apart from studies, she spends her free time playing volleyball and throwball. She is a music lover and a good singer.
AKASH MORE
Akash More, currently pursuing an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Analysis at NIPER SAS Nagar. He holds a B.Pharm from SVKM Institute of Pharmacy, Dhule. Presently working on in vivo and in vitro identification and structure elucidation of drug metabolites using LC-QTOF-MS/MS Beyond academics, he enjoys traveling and playing cricket.
SALONI ROY
Saloni Roy. Currently pursuing a the master's in pharmaceutical analysis from the NIPER, S.A.S. Nagar.She has completed the B.Pharma degree from Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri. currently working on the real-time in-cell metabolomic Studies using NMR spectroscopy.
Ketan Kuralkar, pursuing MS in Pharmaceutical Analysis at NIPER S.A.S. Nagar. He had done bachelor's at KNCP Institute Nagpur. He is passionate about analytical R&D in the pharmaceutical industry and metabolomics .Currently his research work focuses on the identification and characterization of metabolites of NCE by LC-QToF-MS/MS: an in vivo in vitro method. Beyond academics, He enjoys listening music and traveling .
Niladri Srichandan Mallick from Baleshwar, Odisha, currently pursuing masters in Pharmaceutical Analysis NIPER SAS Nagar. Completed B. Pharmacy from Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur, Odisha. Currently working on a project on 'SERS nose for bacterial detection'.
Apart from academics, He likes to play volleyball, cricket etc. He spends his quality times in hobbies like poem writing and cooking etc.
Fathima Farsana is a PG research student at NIPER SAS Nagar, currently pursuing her Master’s in Pharmaceutical Analysis. She joined the institute in 2024 with a strong academic foundation and a growing passion for analytical research. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Kottayam. A dedicated mother, she balances her academic journey with personal responsibilities. She actively engages in seminar presentations and enjoys playing badminton as well as reading books reflecting a dynamic blend of academic curiosity and active lifestyle.
Sanjana Jakhal, M.S. candidate in Pharmaceutical Analysis at NIPER SAS Nagar. She completed her B.Pharm from St. John Institute of Pharmacy and Research, Palghar, which developed her passion for pharmaceutical sciences. Currently, she is working on a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy nose for the detection of microplastics. Apart from her studies, she enjoys adventure and playing badminton.
