For my community engaged learning project in this class, I am using one of the SOAP notes that I made based on a video of a session. The SOAP notes that I made in this class taught me to effectively document a session, which will allow me to track the progress of my clients, as well as allowing me to become better at using measures and quantitative standards in my documentation. Being able to make these note is highly clinically relevant to a practitioner as they allow for better documentation.
