For the Thrill Seekers form, I only provide virtual advice based on what you want to know ahead of your amusement park day. As for the Amusement Park Companion, after confirming your day and whether you will be purchasing the half or full day service, you will send me your information and where we should meet up (at house or once I get my drivers license park). By taking me along you will receive free parking and not be required to pay for my ticket. Within the park I am happy to go with whatever family member you desire, allowing your kids to wander around the park with supervision or let you go on a ride while someone watches a younger child.

I'm generally available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings during the week as well as some weekends during the school year and available most days until about Mid-July in Summer. 

The google form also known as Thrill Seekers gives you a variety of questions you may want to know about your amusement park. Along with providing the date you are going to the park and other questions you may have, the service allows you to get a better sense of the park you'll go too. The form includes contact info, which I will use to reach out to you once I have answered your questions.

My brand is called Amusement Park Companion, generally, I consider places like Universal and Disney to be theme parks, which, while they do have rides, the theming often comes first. I mostly go to these places for the rides, and while Disney/Universal has rollercoasters, they require a lot more deliberate planning to go to. In my opinion, Disney vacations aren't bad, but parents often seem to burn themselves out for a handful of magical moments. Then again, my family never went on a Disney pilgrimage. I do know a decent bit about Disney/Universal and how to plan around them, but I still don't want to pour my energy into an extremely important vacation only for it to go wrong. Skip-the-line passes, while useful and fun, aren't as affordable as my services. At pretty much every park, fast passes can range from 50-100$, and that's for lower tiers getting you at some place the rides that don't have the longest lines. Additionally, you just don't know sometimes, in rare cases (although this mostly involves Disney/Universal), skip-the-line lanes can be longer as more people pay to "escape" the lines, or the crowds are much less than you expected. Also, with good planning, you often don't even need these with simple changes and a carefully planned routine (both provided by my services), it's truly not that different.

If you're still deciding on the park your family wants to go to then I recommend you read my blog, the Extra Credits. The TLDR is that. SIx Flags America is gone, best parks in the area roughly two hours away are HersheyPark or Kings Dominion. Both are similar quality of rides but Kings Dominion is better for families (lots of ride variety, giant kids section) and HersheyPark has better food (I mean chocolate...). Kings Dominion tickets are generally $45 while HersheyPark is over $65. Both have amazing ride line ups with Hershey having two hyper-coasters (over 200 feet) and Kings Dominion having a giga-coaster (over 300 feet), both have great family coasters with Trailblazer at Hershey and Rapterra at Kings Dominion. HersheyPark is more crowded most of the time but overall both parks are great, try the one that's better for your family!

Money/lack of investment happened. The TLDR is that the Six Flags company completed a merger and since their were already a variety of parks in the area Six Flags America was chosen to be gone. So now technically the closests Six Flags is in New Jersey, so if you want to go up their you can (it's a similar distance to Hershey or Busch Gardens from Silver Spring) but Kings Dominion is also owned by the same company and is the better park so I would save your money and go down there.
