For their paper on “Nonlinear Effects of Land Use On Metro Ridership in Shenzhen: Implications for TOD Planning” submitted to AMS50 for the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board. This paper received the highest overall rating for presentation at TRB, as well as the highest average of all individual ratings. Additionally, this paper was one of a handful papers that was highly requested by our members and friends volunteering for paper reviews. We praise this paper for both its academic rigor as well as for the practical value for land use and transit planners in major cities.
