At AM Running, every plan is customized to match your fitness level, race history, and goals. Whether you're getting active for your health, joining a running community, chasing a new personal best, or aiming for a big milestone like a Boston Qualifier—we're here to guide you.
After you complete our Initial Runner Profile, we’ll match you with the right plan—or combine multiple plans into a full-season approach. For example: 8 weeks of base building followed by a 12-week race-specific plan, or a Half Marathon plan that transitions into a Marathon build.

Base Fitness Plans (8 weeks)
5K to 10K Plans (8–12 weeks)
Half Marathon Plans (8–16 weeks)
Marathon Plans (12–16 weeks)
