ORIGAFLEX OGF500 POTENTIOSTAT GALVANOSTAT

The Origaflex OGF 500 is a versatile and high-precision electrochemical workstation designed for advanced electrochemical research. It supports a wide range of techniques including cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA), chronopotentiometry (CP), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) measurements.

This system offers excellent stability, low-noise performance, and high sensitivity, making it ideal for the study of batteries, supercapacitors, electrocatalysis, corrosion analysis, and sensor development. With flexible software control, it enables detailed data acquisition, real-time monitoring, and sophisticated analysis of electrochemical behavior.

PHOTOCATALYTIC REACTOR (LELESIL)

Our lab houses a state-of-the-art Photocatalytic Reactor from Lelesil, designed for advanced photocatalytic experiments under controlled conditions. This system enables precise evaluation of photocatalytic activities for applications such as water splitting, pollutant degradation, and solar fuel generation. Equipped with features like uniform light distribution, temperature control, and adjustable reaction parameters, the reactor ensures reliable and reproducible results. It supports experiments under various light sources (UV/visible) and is ideal for exploring new photocatalytic materials and reaction mechanisms.

JASCO V-750 Double Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

The JASCO V-750 is a high-performance double-beam UV-Visible spectrophotometer designed for precise and reliable optical measurements. It covers a broad wavelength range from 190 nm to 900 nm with exceptional accuracy and resolution, making it ideal for qualitative and quantitative analysis of materials.

Equipped with an advanced optical design and a highly stable light source, the V-750 ensures superior baseline stability and low stray light performance. This instrument is extensively used for characterizing absorbance, transmittance, and reflectance of samples in research areas such as nanomaterials, thin films, photocatalysis, and chemical analysis.

WENSAR ELECTRONIC BALANCE

The Wensar Electronic Balance is a high-precision analytical scale used for accurate measurement of mass in laboratory applications. Known for its exceptional sensitivity and reliability, this balance ensures precise readings with minimal error, making it an essential tool for experiments requiring highly accurate measurements of small quantities.

It is commonly used for weighing chemicals, powders, and samples in research related to material synthesis, electrochemical testing, and spectroscopic analysis. The balance is equipped with a user-friendly digital interface and features high-resolution readings, offering a maximum capacity of up to 200g with readability down to milligrams.

HOT AIR OVEN

The Hot Air Oven is a fundamental laboratory instrument used for thermal treatment processes such as drying, curing, and sterilization of samples under controlled temperature conditions.

Operating on the principle of dry heat convection, it ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, providing reliable and repeatable results. In our lab, the hot air oven is widely utilized for drying electrodes, heat-treating materials, annealing thin films, and sample preparation for various research activities.

LABORATORY MUFFLE FURNACE

The Laboratory Muffle Furnace is an essential instrument used for high-temperature heat treatments, including material annealing, calcination, and ashing processes. It provides precise and controlled heating in a sealed chamber, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the sample.

Our muffle furnace is equipped with a digital temperature controller and is capable of reaching temperatures up to 600°C, making it ideal for synthesizing various materials, such as metal oxides, catalysts, and ceramic components. It plays a critical role in research related to materials science, thermochemistry, and surface modification.

TUBE FURNACE

The Tube Furnace is a specialized laboratory instrument used for high-temperature processes, such as material synthesis, annealing, sintering, and heat treatment of various materials within a controlled environment. It features a cylindrical chamber where samples are heated in a tube, typically made from quartz or ceramic, providing precise thermal control.

This furnace is ideal for applications that require atmosphere control, such as the synthesis of nanomaterials, catalytic processes, and the treatment of semiconductor materials. It is capable of reaching temperatures up to 1200°C. It allows for heating under various atmospheres like vacuum, inert gas, or reactive gases, ensuring flexibility in experimental conditions.
