Ms. Rawat has completed her master's degree in 2020 from the Department of Physics, IIT Delhi.
She joined Advanced Materials Laboratory as a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Physical Sciences, JNU in December 2020. She is currently working on 2D material based gas sensor.
Mr. Kumar Mithaliya completed his M.Sc. in Physics from Department of Physics and Astrophysics at Delhi University.
He is a Senior Research Fellow and joined Advanced Materials Research Laboratory in December 2020. He is currently working on CeO2/ZrO2 as a surrogate approach for Advanced Nuclear Fuels.
Mr. Shekhawat had done his M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Rajasthan and joined Prof. Kulriya’s lab as a Junior Research Fellow in December 2020. He has been awarded for the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF).
Currently, he is working on the nanocrystalline pyrochlore for advanced ceramic waste form applications.
Mr. Gaurav Rajput has completed his M.Sc. in Physics from Department of Physics and Astrophysics at Delhi University.
He joined Advanced Materials Laboratory as a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Physical Sciences, JNU in December 2021. He is currently working on MXene based 2D materials.
Ms. Anju Kumari has completed her M.Sc. in Physics from University of Rajasthan.
She has joined as a Senior Research Fellow in the Advanced Materials Research Laboratory in December 2021. She is currently working on the development of radiation resistance High Entropy Alloy for advanced nuclear energy systems
Ms. Trishna Verma has completed her M.Sc. in Physics from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi.
She has joined as a Junior Research Fellow in the Advanced Materials Research Laboratory in January 2024. She is currently working on the 2D materials for energy applications

Dr. Pramjit Singh has been awarded the prestigious Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) by the SERB, Govt. of India, and joined Advanced Materials Research Laboratory in December 2021. He is working on the synthesis and characterization of advanced nano-structured conducting polymer-graphene hybrid nanocomposites.
