Our library has a variety of kits available for check out. Kits are special bags filled with books, toys, and educational tools to help you and your child.
Kits must be returned to the library after two weeks. To check out a kit, you must have a library card from a SWAN library. Click here to see if your library is a SWAN library.
This kit contains basic items to help your child learn to read including, decodables, sound flash cards, Touch and Read flash cards to help with blending, a fluency phone, and more!
This kit has colored titles that click together to make letters. It is perfect for children who are learning the letters.
Tonie Boxes are audiobooks with toys that talk. Each kit comes with one red box and several Tonie toys. Insert the toy into the top of the box to hear an audiobooks. Listening to stories read aloud helps build your child's vocabulary, increase their sense of language, and make it easier for them to read books later on.
