Deadline for abstract submission for oral presentation has closed.

We have extended the abstract submission for poster to 28th Nov.

All abstracts have to be submitted online. Abstracts submitted by post, fax or mail cannot be accepted.

General Guidelines and Rules for Abstract Submission

The official language is English.

You will receive immediate confirmation of successful abstract submission.

Please note that authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will be expected to attend the meeting and give their presentation.

The abstract should contain the title, the authors, their affiliations and location, and the body of the abstract.

Authors should be listed as lead/presenting author followed by co-authors. Use last name followed by first initial. Minimize punctuation. For example, Lytle C1, 2, Smith K1, Gerlach R1,Tomlinson C1,2

Affiliations (organization, city, state/country) should be provided for all authors. If multiple institutions are represented, please assign each organization a number and list each person followed by the number of the affiliation and then list the number of the affiliation with the name of the affiliation. For example, 1Dartmouth Hitchcock Norris Cotton Cancer Center, Lebanon, NH, 2Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Hanover, NH United States.

Total length of the abstract body should not exceed 300 words. Title, authors and affiliations are not included in the 300 word limit.

**If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please email the details to the scientific committee - do not re-register.

Making a payment

A secure site will be provided for online payment of your charges. The payment options are:

- Credit card - Visa and Mastercard or American Express.

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

AMMA MM2021 supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal Police and the Immigration Office.
