Taking the role of instructors was not as easy as we need to make sure that the Senior Cadets understand what they’re supposed to do. On the day of facilitation, I was quite worried at first but the senior cadets under my charge did well and the facilitation session went smoothly as feedbacked by our Teacher Officers.
