JSA a is nonpartisan (meaning they do not favor any political side or any political views), student run club that stands for the Junior State of America. Created in 1934, the Junior State of America is a place where high schoolers interested in the institutions that affect the world around them — politics and government, foreign affairs, the law, and education — can meet and interact with others that share this interest. It is a nationwide club and accepting of everyone!
JSA is a place where students of all different backgrounds can come and discuss their views, via thought talks, crisis scenarios, and debates. The topics of discussion vary, so they encompass all interests. There are so many opportunities for participation, but it is no need required.
