Brief Biography:
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and the Department of VLSI Design and Systems Engineering (VDSE) at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra, India, where I joined in July 2025. I received my Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in 2021, with a research focus on high-speed advanced VLSI interconnects and circuit design. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, and played a key role as Faculty-in-Charge in the development and establishment of the Centre of Excellence in Semiconductors. I hold M.Tech. (Gold Medal) in VLSI Design from NIT Kurukshetra and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MDU Rohtak. Earlier, I also held academic positions at NIT Delhi, VIT Bhopal, DCRUST Murthal, and The NorthCap University, Gurugram.
Qualification:
Ph.D. in VLSI Design (ECE) from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), 2021.
M.Tech. in VLSI Design (ECE) (Gold Medal) from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra (NIT Kurukshetra), 2012.
B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak (MDU Rohtak), 2010.
