You have finally completed writing the paper, gone through committee review and collaboration review (or whatever the guidelines are) and the paper is signed off by the collaboration. Congratulations! However, the submission to the targeted journal paper as a  collaborator of a Fermilab hosted experiment is not done yet. Here are the things to do before submitting to the journal:

1. Sign off from the paper committee chair who has been selected to review the paper.

2. Ensure all the eligible collaborators have signed on the paper.

3. Submit to arXive.

4. Get Fermilab publication number.

5. Submit to the targeted journal paper.
