As an Assistant Professor and dedicated mentor, I am committed to fostering academic growth, critical thinking, and hands-on learning among students and early-career researchers. My teaching and mentoring efforts focus on environmental engineering, air pollution monitoring, and research methodology, blending classroom instruction with practical fieldwork and research guidance.

Mentoring Through Research Projects

My role as the Group Leader for the SATREPS Project on air pollution in Cambodia has allowed me to mentor students and researchers in air pollution monitoring, chemical analysis, and health risk assessment. Some key mentoring activities include:

• Supervising fieldwork and data collection for ambient and indoor air quality monitoring.

• Training students in PM monitoring and chemical characterization techniques using tools like the Optical Particle Counter (OPC) and Ambient Nanoparticle Sampler (ANS).

• Guiding thesis students in data analysis, modeling, and scientific reporting.

Workshops and Guest Lectures

I regularly deliver guest lectures and workshops on topics such as:

• Air Pollution and Public Health

• Environmental Monitoring Techniques

• Emission Factor Development for Developing Countries

• Innovative Approaches to Air Quality Solutions and so on.
