Our brief conversation at the sisters' event where I was telling you about my struggles of life and to my surprise you told me that you do nafs coaching. What a wonderful coincidence it was! It sparked my coaching journey with you and that moment led to the best decision I've ever made. 

Your integration of Islamic principles and understanding of our core existence into my healing journey has helped me reconnect with myself in a profound way. Through this process I’ve gained a deeper sense of self love, awareness and spiritual grounding. It has brought a level of peace and calmness into my life that I hadn’t felt in a long time.

When I first started, I was struggling with childhood trauma and marital conflicts and I often felt lost and overwhelmed. This therapy gave me clarity, direction and a safe space to understand my emotions without judgment.

You have been incredibly kind, understanding and patient, always been accommodating with scheduling and made it easy for me to stay consistent with my sessions.

I navigated a whirlwind of emotions, including betrayal, personality changes, and anxiety. Now, I have improved my ability to regulate my emotions and perceptions of others, gaining a better understanding of my feelings and emotional regulation. 

Coaching has empowered me to take control of my thoughts and emotional responses, leading to a more positive perspective. As I progressed through the sessions, I developed a better understanding of my emotions with a stronger spiritual connection. I feel confident in my growth.

..As I went through the coaching journey, I experienced clarity in vision/seeing the blocks that were keeping me stuck 

I now have Self reliance, power within. I’ve learnt not to be too hard on myself

I kept remembering how my connection with Allah/connection with people were blocks that were coming from me, that I didn't see before. Even if I did, I didn't see an alternative way of looking at things 

I have never done coaching which constantly drew me to the Quran - this was a source of strength in a way I was never able to achieve by myself

..I’m now more mindful and aware of Allah swt in each situation. I am in control of my thoughts and actions and taking steps to support and check my feelings and thoughts 

I’m more patient. Removing myself from any negative situation. Focusing on positive goals to help me through daily

Whenever Amina explained anything with Allah's perspective, this was so calming and enlightening. I felt burdens were lifted up

What sets apart my experience working with Amina from that of other coaches is that she did  not delve too much into situation as I feel I wanted to say more but by the end of the session it all seemed so small

I will never forget the excitement I felt when I first spoke to sister Amina, how professionally she handled my all over the place emotions and situations I was about to talk and contained them. I was experiencing challenges in my Relationships, anxiety and fear, low self worth. 

As I went through the coaching journey, it helped me understand better why i felt this way and how to change it to a better outcome 

Knowing truth and opinions, not measuring my happiness by others and situations, feelings come from thoughts. Behaviour can be changed

Brain dumping, and flipping negative thoughts on their head, changing the beliefs that don't serve me.

Amina has helped me to see where my feelings are coming from. Why do I feel a certain way? She has helped me to understand that my feelings always come from a thought that I am having. With Amina's help I can now see the problems and change them. For example if something is the truth or an opinion. If it is an opinion I can change it to serve me. She has taught me to unlearn beliefs that don't serve me and form new beliefs that are pleasing.  She has coached me consistently every week on a deep level guiding me to understand what is happening and how to change it. It has been a very emotional journey for me. Amina is very passionate about what she does. She is very kind, supportive and gentle. She has been sent by Allah SWT to help me navigate my behaviours, feelings and thoughts. It doesn't matter who you are or what you know, this coaching is unique and unlike any other. It doesn't ever bring you down or make you go back in time to unpick any trauma. It is in the moment how to change what is within you,  to give a better, more pleasing outcome and life experience. I still fall back to my old default from time to time but I now have the tools to help me overcome it.

Before coaching I was finding Self confidence and motivation a challenge. 

As I went through the coaching journey, I became more aware of my abilities to change my  thoughts so that it leads to positive thinking hence positive outcome. Looking at life with a positive lens and being able to filter out negative thoughts.

I am able to connect the dhikr of Allah and the task that I should be doing in order to motivate myself.

This coaching journey has been amazing and has opened up my mind to another level. I am able to use intentional thoughts to create amazing feelings every day. I have been given formulas to help myself gain inner peace with a more fulfilling and positive attitude towards life.

I was all over the place. But deep down I know i feel like I needed some guidance and support.

As I went through the coaching journey, it helped me a lot to stop and think about my thoughts and to see what is fact or opinions.

I am able to right down my thoughts when I feel overwhelmed and see what is going on in my brain 

I am able to be in control of my life. I think more of my decisions.

Before I joined sister Amina I felt a lot of overwhelming emotions. Her teaching me about thought and how we can change our thoughts help me to understand and reflect how my thoughts affect me. So I am slowly starting to change all negative thoughts to positive ones which helps be more positive. 

At the beginning my emotions were everywhere, constant crying and depression was spiralling out of control. Now with sister Amina coaching I have learnt new skills and have the right tools to put those emotions in the right places, to be able to look and deal with them appropriately so they don’t get left inside me and affect my health. I can now move positively forward, will never forget how much Amina helped me, duas always. Will forever be grateful, she will always be remembered in my life ❤️

Wow! Mashallah why can I say, I made dua to Allah and he sent sister Amina to help me. She helped me to take charge of my thoughts and feelings, which changed the impact I was having on myself and others around me. 

With the help, love and protection of Allah I am in charge of my thoughts, things can be different as long as I keep good habits.

I am in control of myself and my thought, when this is ok. I am ok and everything else is not in my control so i try not it impact my thoughts, feelings and actions.

My main area of problems were Suicidal thoughts, having hard time with just everyday life. Struggling to regulate my own emotions and struggling with constant negative thoughts. Feeling paranoid and isolated. Feeling overwhelmed with all my responsibilities. Not ever feeling good enough.

As I went through the coaching journey, it helped me to challenge my negative thoughts and realise that I have the choice to change them. Also, being reminded that Allah does not burden us with more than we can bare. If I am going through a challenge then that means Allah Knows I can handle it. Realising I have a choice in everything and that there are other alternatives I can pursue when facing a problem. I don’t have to feel stuck and be stuck. I can find peace in this world, I don’t have to only wait for my Akhirah to find peace. My feelings are a reflection of my thoughts and I have the ability to change my thoughts to feel more positive and calmer.

I’ve learnt to gradually be able to change my negative and challenging thoughts into more positive and calmer thoughts.

Realising that I have many strengths and I have everything I need to live a fulfilling life and please Allah SWT.

My conviction in Allah SWT has increased. 

I feel more connected to my duas. 

Trying to be more regular with mind dumps so that I don’t feel overwhelmed.  I can understand my own thoughts and feelings more.

I was in a very dark place and felt like I hit rock bottom before starting coaching. Now I realise that I have the ability to change that. By taking time to understand my thoughts and feelings more, I can stop feeling stuck and overburdened. This also has had a more positive impact in my relationships. I have more confidence in my marriage as a wife and mother. I have more tawakkul because I know that Allah SWT is with me all the time, and I don’t need to burden myself with trying to be ‘perfect’ with very high expectations of myself because we were created to make mistakes. 

I still feel like I have some things to work on but it is comforting to know that I have more coaching sessions to help me along each week alhamdulillah. I almost backed out of this coaching before I even started and I am very pleased that I didn’t! Allah SWT is indeed the Best Provider.
