Your data will be collected in the form of Name, email address, billing address (if you're a paying client), contact telephone number. Your information is securely stored. The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: if you contact us by phone, email or otherwise, by completing a request for a consultation call via Google Forms, signing up to my Mailchimp or Email Octopus mailing lists and/or workshops, signing up for my paid services and making payments through GoCardless, who are a third-party service for payment processing. We may use information about you in the following ways:To provide customer care, including responding to your requests if you contact us with a query;To provide you with information about events or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;To enable us to review, develop and improve the services;To administer accounts, process payments and keep track of billing and payments;We may also use the information that you have given us in order to contact you for the purpose of communicating with you and to provide a coaching service. If you have subscribed to my mailing list, your email address will be stored in an email system, either Mailchimp or Email Octopus. I will use this information to contact you via the email system for the purpose of sending you emails. We will never share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes. You can opt out from my mailing lists at any time using the unsubscribe button. We may also receive data from third parties, such as analytics providers like Google based outside the EU, advertising networks such as Facebook based outside the EU. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases of online products or coaching services. From time to time, we may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors, accountants and insurers.Government bodies that require me to report processing activities.I require all third parties to whom I transfer your data to, to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We will only keep hold of your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for, I look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.For tax purposes the law requires me to keep basic information about my clients (including contact information, financial and transaction data) for six years after they stop being clients.
