AMF Équitation was created with one goal in mind: to make quality riding/driving and horsemanship education accessible to families in our community. This is not a profit-driven program: tuition is set just high enough to keep our horses healthy and our facilities running.
Because of this, every rider here benefits from opportunities that would normally cost much more elsewhere.
For families who may need additional support, we also offer a scholarship program. Students are encouraged to apply if extra financial assistance would help make riding possible.
By keeping costs transparent and opportunities fair, we hope to build not only strong riders, but also a supportive, inclusive barn community.
When you join AMF Équitation, tuition covers:
Year-round riding (except January), so your skills stay sharp.
Structured curriculum (USPC & FFE) so you know what skills you’re learning & why.
4 to 8 group lessons per month.
Use of school horses suited to the level you are working at.
Access to unmounted education: grooming, tack care, ground work, stable management.
Opportunities to ride green or young horses when appropriate.
Coaching or support for local schooling shows/clinics (within program offerings).
We aim to keep things affordable, balancing costs of horse care, facility, and teaching.
We ask families to commit to the program timeline, to help us plan & care for horses properly.
Students are expected to respect what they have, understand that lesson horses are shared, and that riding isn’t always about jumping big, sometimes it’s about quiet work, consistency, and growth.
