Rule Violation Penalty Points in 2025 Season:

Coaches Who Acted As Subs in 2025 Season:   

• Chicago subbed for Cincinnati in week #2

• Detroit subbed for Buffalo for its Wild Card playoff game.

• Indianapolis subbed for Green Bay in week #1

• Kansas City subbed for Cincinnati in Week 33

• Tampa Bay subbed for Cincinnati in week #1

• Washington subbed for New Orleans in week #2

Subs Used:

Cincinnati (weeks 1-3) and New Orleans (week #2) pre-arranged to have substitute coaches for their games and therefore are no subject to Penalty Points) 

• Green Bay in Week #1 due to computer issues.

At the end of the season, a coach can choose from the following:

a . Each game subbed would add $250,000 to those coaches next season salary cap. With a max of $1,000,000 for each season.

b.  Coaches may choose a credit against three rule violation points (see section XII) for each game they act as a substitute coach.

c.  Teams may choose to purchase a supplemental 6th round draft pick for $250,000, with a limit of three purchased picks per draft. These picks may not be traded.
