2026 Season League Calendar

Late February: Coach Roll Call

March: Discussion of any proposed rule changes followed by voting on the proposals

April 22: Expected release by Action PC of Updated game and Player stats/ratings

April 23-April 24 NFL Draft 

April 29, 10pm Eastern: Deadline for teams to verify their roster

April 30: Determination of Total Team Salaries for Purposes of Determining the Rookie & Free Agent Draft orders, and which teams are in the Rookie Draft lottery.

May 1: Opening of Trading at time to be determined by the Commissioner 

May 2:   Draft Lottery for the first five picks in the Rookie Draft. After the lottery results are known, the Draft Order is announced

May 11-15: Rookie Draft. One round per day except any picks earned for being a substitute coach will be added after Round #5 on the last day.

July 6, 10pm Eastern: 

• Trading Period closed. 

• All teams MUST be at or under the Salary Cap

• All teams MUST be at or under 53 players

• Roster cuts before the Free Agent Draft are due

July 13: Free Agent Draft begins. One round per day for the first few rounds.  Then multiple rounds per day until completed.

TBD after the Free Agent Draft - 9am Eastern: Free agent claims can be made on a first come first serve basis. Teams must be in compliant with league salary cap after the free agent add/drop.

September 8: Expected First NFL Regular Season Game

September 15: (approximate: Expected Release of Action PC Sports NFL Projection File

September 19: Deadline for teams not in compliance with roster requirements or who are above the salary cap need to make roster decisions to get the team back in compliance, or the league commissioners will make those decisions. ALL TEAMS MUST REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH ROSTER REQUIREMENTS AND LEAGUE SALARY CAP FROM THIS POINT UNTIL THE END OF THE SEASON.

September 20: Deadline to send in your team's Coach's file for week 1. 

September 21: AFC Regular Season Begins. 

Reporting Date of Week #6 of the Regular Season: Trading is closed.
