gEAR. gEAR (the Gene Expression Analysis Resource) is a web-based platform for the deposition, visualization, analysis, and sharing of multi-omic data. Researchers can explore public datasets alongside their own, compare gene expression across experiments, and analyze single-cell RNA-sequencing data using customizable displays and user-friendly tools. The platform makes complex genomic data accessible to biologists without requiring programming expertise.
