Declassified History:

In order to protect the Field Agent, we shall release her declassified history with her current alias in case of enemy retrieval. This will ensure that Field Agent will be able to assume a new alias as needed and allows usage of her real name when out of field.

Discovery of "Amelia Williams"

A little girl picked up by the Federal Bureau of Intelligence in the city of Springfield, Massachusetts. Discovered at the age of 10 (June 15th, 1927) pickpocketing one of our then field agents (See attached file on "John Williams") outside of a restaurant. "Amelia" accidentally bumped into him just outside of the doorway. She instantly apologized and said that she was on an errand to grab some bread. "John" said that she was fine and that she should go be on her way. "Amelia" thanked him and went on her way to the bread shop.

The field agent only realized he was pickpocketed by "Amelia" after he reached for his wallet to pay for the bill. Thankfully, he had only ordered a small drink so he managed to pay his bill with his more hidden wallet. Intent on finding the little thief, he started questioning people where a Tawny hair colored little girl went. With a little help of some of the locals, he tracked her down to the front of a sandwich shop finishing up one and carrying away the other.

Upon being spotted, "Amelia" immediately got up and started running. For about solid 15 minutes, she led him on a merry chase through the town. After that time frame, he seemingly cornered in her a dead end alleyway with her out of breath. When he told the girl that he had her cornered and that she had nowhere to run. The girl merely stuck out her tongue and made a "bweh" before fading into the wall that cornered her.

"John Williams," a veteran of the time, couldn't believe his eyes. A young girl just faded into a wall! A solid brick wall! Later that day at his hotel, he was given a call that his wallet had been found and for him to pick it up at the Police Station. Inside was most of his money except for a small amount and a small letter saying "Sorry Mister." Intrigued by what he saw and the little thief's small modesty. Stealing only enough to eat and drink for the day and nothing more. The FBI was interested in these kinds of "weird" kinds of things especially since they discovered "Rip van Winkle" walking around.

A week after that incident, "John" found out where his little thief lived. He knocked on the door and heard no answer. Assuming it was safe to enter and find some info on the little girl, he picked the lock and found a disturbingly dirty house. The kitchen hasn't looked used or cleaned in years. There was a tub used to clean clothes, but some of the clothes nearby it were clearly messed up by inexperienced hands. Notably the clothes out were mostly a little girl's. A couch with blankets and a pillow was nearby a fire place as if someone slept there. And there was this vaguely rank smell coming from one of the rooms. The door's bottom blocked by a few towels and locked. Morbid curiosity overrode "John's" growing dread. In the locked room was... two dead bodies in the process of decaying.

As if on cue, "Amelia" came home with a loaf of bread and stood in shock at the man currently in her house. She looked ready to run again, but this time the man was prepared. He brought out his secret weapon... Chocolate. He offered her some as long as she didn't run. She took the bait a little and closed the door. She went to a small table in between them and pulled a plate out. John realized that she wanted him to place some of the chocolate there. He obliged her subtle attempt to negotiate with a piece.

"Mister... Normally when I steal from them, I don't come across them again... Let alone in my home and for them to offer me chocolate."

"You can say I was interested in how you got away. How did you get away?"

He placed a chocolate in the middle. After he stepped back, she grabbed it.

"After Daddy and Mommy died a year ago, I could do weird things like walk through walls or make things harder."

She shrugged. Clearly she didn't know how or why it occurred.

"Make things harder? Can you show me?"

She motioned for another chocolate. After securing another piece of chocolate, she grabbed a thin piece of metal wire and placed it in the middle.

"See this wire? Poke it at the wall."

"John" poked it at the wall and watched it bend straight down the middle. He placed it back in the middle and watched as "Amelia" bend it back into place. There was a brief pressure around her and then it suddenly disappeared. As if nothing unusual happened, she placed the wire back down in the middle.

"Now poke the wall again."

"John" expected the wire to bend again. In contrast to what he expected, the wire stabbed into the concrete as if it was butter. What did she do to the wire that it was capable of doing that now.

"It'll be like that for a bit."

He preemptively placed down a chocolate.

"So you just steal from people to eat every day?"

"Yup. I try not to steal too much. It makes people angry."

Another piece in the middle.

"Do you have more family elsewhere so you can live better?"

"They're already dead. So I've just been living here since this house belongs to Mommy."

A little girl by herself? "John" was many things. A killer, a spy, and most importantly human. In front of him was a little girl who was dealing with things as best as she could. She stole because she had to and nothing more. Judging by her skill, she probably could've stole enough wallets to feed herself for months. But all she did was steal enough so she could eat for a day or two before returning the wallet. With that in mind, he slid the rest of the chocolate onto the plate.

"What if I can take you away from here and give you a new home? A place where you can choose what you want to do instead of having to steal everyday."

"...I would like that. Can you really do that?"

"If you want to."

"Sorry mommy... But I'll be going."

The only request that "Amelia" made before leaving was that her mother be buried. Upon being asked about her father's burial, she remarked that "a burial for him would be a waste."

Later interactions pieces together that "Amelia's father" was an alcoholic who repeatedly abused both his wife and daughter after hard work at the factory. One night, he flew into a drunken rage and apparently killed his wife with a bash of a bottle when she begged for him to stop drinking. Upon silencing his opposition to drinking, he apparently died to drinking too much alcohol. "Amelia" age 7 didn't realize anything was wrong until the 2nd day of their deaths. A week in, she decided to seal off the room and start her pickpocketing.

"Amelia" attributes that day occurring due to the fact that she accidentally killed one of the friendly street kittens via tossing up in the air. She didn't catch the kitten once and it landed on its head and died in pain.

With "John William's" curiosity and compassion, we have obtained a limited research subject on these "Principals." Scientists are highly suggested to keep within limited and humane tests. The last time she went "missing," the culprits responsibly were personally hunted down by "John William" for kidnapping his adopted daughter.

Life at the FBI Boarding School

"John Williams" didn't have enough stability in his job as a spy to watch "Amelia." So instead he sent her to one of the FBI's Boarding Schools. What "John Williams" wasn't aware of was that the Boarding Schools were spy training camps. So when "Amelia" got there, she was thrust into a world of hell. Train, train, train. Train until your body fails. After her body fails, they pumped her body full of drugs in an attempt to see if they could make her Conceit stronger or have her use it more often.

"Amelia" was taught how to break and enter efficiently without the the usage of her conceit. She was taught how to sculpt her body to make it unnoticeable, pretty, or to make herself look exactly like her target. She was taught how to kill with a knife or with a gun. Unlike other training cadets, she had skill in both close quarters and sharpshooting which caused envy in the other students who were constantly on the verge of "transfering out." Despite their attempts to "train" her, the other students would come out worse than her and the instructors encouraged this attitude.

To make the matters worse, "John Williams" would visit her periodically and give her a respite from all of the horrible training. These were the only "happy" times that "Amelia" had until she graduated from the School. Following these timeframes, Amelia had to prove herself against groups of jealous students. A cycle of this effectively isolated her from her future peers and only left her with one positive relationship with her adoptive father.

After graduating from the School, "Amelia" felt very happy. She didn't have to deal with the bullying and she was living with her papa. If "John" had a mission then "Amelia" had the same mission. The last time she wasn't assigned to the same mission as "John," they both nearly died. "John" due to how dangerous his mission was. "Amelia" nearly died because she kept killing and killing until she was practically bedridden. That's when they realized something "Amelia" did before killing, she always consulted "John" whenever she wasn't given open Rules of Engagement (RoE). They realized what they made wasn't a deadly weapon that can be used by anyone, but an exclusive weapon whose trigger was pulled by one man...

Test Subject

In order to catch up to Albion's spies who are trained from childhood, the FBI decided to even the odds for their agents by replacing some of their body parts with engines. The original plan was for the case officers to be the test subjects. Losing a case officer or two wouldn't affect the spy program. The issue was that they also wanted some field agent as a control variable. While it was easy to find field agents for legs, arms, or even chest. There were barely any who would volunteer for neck and head surgeries especially the eyes.

However, they found a volunteer soon after they explained to "Amelia" that she could defend "John" better if the operation succeded. And that was when people said that "John Williams" gained his own personal grim reaper. "Amelia" was supposed to just receive increased eye strength, but something happened in the operation or "Amelia" reacted differently to the experiment. Regardless "Amelia" could now see through walls and one of her signature spells was to pierce through walls and supernatural defenses so theoretically there was nowhere safe a person could hide. The only thing that restraining her was the kind "John Williams."

London Mission

After the FBI fully tested the limits and shortations of their newly enhanced agents, they've decided that they're going to send them to the ultimate proving ground, London, the home of the two most powerful factions in the world. Who knows if they'll end up supporting the Kingdom or the Commonwealth. Or if they'll take the third option and pull the rug out from both of them. One of those Agents is "Amelia"

Amelia Williams without any of her disguises.
