Jacob Council No. 15 was consecrated on 31st August 1985 as No.113 under the Grand Council for England and transferred to this Grand Council with the other South Australian Councils on 28th August 2002.
The Council meets on the 2nd Friday in May, July (Installation meeting - biennially in odd years), September and November (10am) at the Payneham Masonic Hall, 393 Payneham Rd, Marden SA 5070
