⚠️ Important information regarding flights:

We recommend all delegates to arrive in Chicago, IL on May 5th, 2025.

In case of a layover in the U.S., border and customs must usually be cleared on the first U.S. airport of destination. You will need to pick up your checked baggage and re-check it for your continuing flight.

For domestic flights in the U.S., checked baggage can be purchased at check-in if you are traveling through an agency and they are not able to book your checked bag.

During the delegation (May 6-7, 2025), delegates will use public transport for transfers in Downtown Chicago. For transfers outside Downtown, AmCham Romania will ensure local transportation.

⚠️ AmCham will not ensure airport transfers for delegates on May 5th and May 10th.

During the "SelectCHI" event (May 8-9, 2025), the organizers will ensure local transporation for delegates. Additional details will be provided closer to the delegation dates.
