Apply

The trip application is online. A reservation deposit of $500 per adult and $300 per child is due upon application. This deposit is deductible from the trip fee and will be returned to you if the trip is full. Make check payable to the Appalachian Mountain Club and mail to: Stacia and Wyatt Biel, 176 Dothan Street, Winchester, MA 01890 along with the following documents below:

• ) A separate AMC Confidential Health Questionnaire for all participants, including one for each child.
• 2) A separate AMC Optional Confidential Supplemental Medical Questionnaire in a sealed envelope(s), if applicable (this will be returned unopened at the end of the trip)
• 3) A separate signed Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk and Release for all participants, including one for each child
• 4) A Motor Vehicle Records check if you are willing to drive one of the rental vehicles.
