My guided meditations are uniquely accompanied by a sound bath experience, where the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments deepen the meditative state. When tailored toward specific concerns such as anxiety, chronic pain, depression, or stress, this combination helps individuals release tension, shift their mindset, and restore inner harmony.

6–12 attendees – $345 flat rate

13–20 attendees – $450 flat rate
(That works out to just $22–$35 per person, depending on your group size)
