The truth is, not everything is meant to walk beside us forever. Not every friendship, role, or chapter will fit where we’re headed. But we often choose to experience these moments so we can eventually find the strength to say —
"I’m ready to move on from this."
That is an awakening.
That is a shift.
That is you tuning into your inner confidence — choosing to hold your own life in your hands and gently steer it towards what feels lighter… freer… more You.
Where your heart smiles.
Where your frequency rises without effort.
Where you no longer feel the need to explain who you are.
Being comfortable in your own skin, of who you truly are!
Accepting where others are, and stepping away from the lower vibrational energies of judgement, and longing for someone to see your light.
When you look into your own eyes in a mirror, and see your own light, this is the turning point.
And this doesn’t need to be a sad thing.
I truly believe we cross paths with people, places, and experiences for a reason.
Sometimes to share a lesson.
Sometimes to shift a perspective.
Sometimes to grow from contrast.
Whatever the reason, the blessing is in the awareness — and the courage to honour where you’re being called next.

You’ve probably heard the saying, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”
And I absolutely agree — universal synchronicities have a funny way of showing up at the most uncanny times, reminding us just how incredible energy is when we’re vibrating at the same frequency as what we need.
And when those synchronicities do appear… how many of us, even though we truly want change and can vividly imagine a brighter future, still find ourselves slipping back into old patterns?
Sometimes, just as an opportunity opens up, we physically or subconsciously sabotage the experience — not because we don’t want it, but because deep down, fear kicks in.
Old beliefs and messages from the past start to get very loud in our minds:
“Change isn’t a good thing.”
“Better the devil you know…”
“It’s too scary outside your comfort zone.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“I’m not good enough... knowledgeable enough... smart enough…”
I’ve definitely been there before.
There are certain books that have helped me — and I still go back to them often.
Sometimes they act as a reference guide, other times for a little motivation, or even just to help me get back in the zone when I’m feeling overwhelmed.
And then there are those books I’ve bought, started reading... only to put them down a couple of chapters in. They didn’t hold my attention like I thought they would.
It’s funny though — because those books often make their way back into my hands months or even years later.
And when they do, it’s like something clicks.
I fall into a gentle rhythm… and this time, everything flows.
Maybe the seed needed to be planted earlier — and it just took that long for my inner energy to align. Maybe other things needed to fall into place first, before the lessons in that book were ready for me.
My love lies in wellness knowledge — I honestly haven’t read a novel in many years.
My shelves are filled with books on how to do this or that, energy practices, and holistic healing.
For a long time, I put a lot of pressure on myself to know a book cover to cover before I felt like I could benefit from it. But I’ve let that go.
Now, I choose to take from each book only what resonates deeply, and I allow myself to leave behind the parts that don’t.
Even in doing that, I still capture the essence of the learning — and it helps me build on what I already know. It becomes something unique that I gently weave into my sessions.
So… I thought it might be a good opportunity to pause and reflect on the books that have made a difference in your life.
