Inc-Query, Business Development, Revenue Team 

Optimize and create tools to benefit the development of the IncQuery business and collaboration within the Revenue Team.

-       Created a knowledge management site to centralize all tools and documentation used by the sales and marketing teams. The site was then optimized based on interviews with key business leaders to determine overall functionality and user-friendliness. 

-       Created an ROI Calculator to quantify the benefits of using the IncQuery platform in comparison to competitors to be utilized during sales pitches. 

-       Designed an onboarding guide to assist in the integration of the sales and marketing teams and centralize all supporting documentation to improve version control and ease of access.  


Deloitte LP, Relationship Management, Information Technology Team

Created a stand-up Business Relationship Management Knowledge Site to house the various knowledge documents including tools/templates, methodologies, and learning materials to be shared across the Relationship Management community in conjunction to increase collaboration across the ITS account teams. 

-       Interviewed key business leaders and Deloitte customers to determine optimal requirements for the interface. 

-       Constructed a knowledge management site with considerations of key business process models and programs along with necessary tools and frameworks for the Deloitte ITS RMG group.  

 


Abbott Laboratories, Facilities Engineering, Operations 

Validated system upgrades and improved reliability of the company long-range plan and overall business continuity. 

-       Analyzed SAP and Maximo data to provide information for asset necessity to improve Engineering LRP accuracy by 20%, predicting capital spending and preventing system failures impacting production. 

-       Revalidate various systems by producing VCRs and IQs as preliminary steps to aid in the movement of the 

-       AP1A Monoclonal Suite to a different facility to maximize business continuity and sustainability.  


Proctor and Gamble, Operations Intern, Oral Healthcare

Optimized work process techniques in addition to completing system installations and upgrades to promote effective material utilization, develop workplace ergonomics, identify potential safety risks on the production line and mitigated risks with system installations, and increase company profits through various savings expenditures. This resulted in $211 MM in material utilization savings, 1% PR increase, and 1% UPDT decrease.

-       Identified and installed an innovative glue system to create optimal glue patterns on multiple cartoners which led to over $40MM in material utilization savings and obtained technical mastery as well as an understanding of the business need to improve the air volume booster system leading to 1% unplanned planned downtime reduction and 1% planned downtime increase. 

-       Standardized tube box rework process and created training materials to acquire an annual implementation savings of $187MM.

-       Identified potential safety risks on the production line and mitigated risks by implementing and installing a safety laser which led to zero safety incidents post-installation.
