Scope: Interior Styling 

With a limited budget and the client's request for a monochrome theme for the styling of their home with the intention of renting it out for short term rentals, we seeked out furniture and decors with varying shades of greys, white and black along with some muted colours to give more depth to the space, allowing the space to look layered and attractive whilst keeping cost low.

Knowing that the space is intended for short term rental, we knew that it meant it had to photograph well, and with a monochrome theme that may appear bland if done incorrectly, more emphasis was placed in getting the right decor pieces that adds dimension to the space, ensuring that the pictures would stand out and appeal to renters that are looking for a comfortable and charming place for their stay.
