I created a mind map of ways I would like to increase and improve my fitness and overall health.
Lesson Learned
I honestly had so much fun working on this project. This is actually a very important goal of mine. Using the mind map definitely helped me have a clearer visual image of what I want to for my life and how I would like to achieve my goals.
