I work thoroughly and with care. I ensure my work is done well the first time, so that there isn't a need for a second or third time.

I am always looking to learn. Encountering things I don't know or haven't done before doesn't frighten me - it inspires me.

I am passionate.

I bring heart to anything I do. When I care about something, I am committed to seeing it through to its fullest end.

I am intentional.

I start by asking "why?" I want to understand how things came to be the way they are and - importantly - how they were dreamed to be.

I am innovative.

I think of the future. I look to see how things have been done before and where they could be done differently.
