★★★★★ "Amanda was my first ever PT and boy did she change my life! She makes working out enjoyable and fun (even lunges and other exercises I loathe!). She is patient and cheerful, supportive and incredibly insightful! Before my sessions with Amanda I had no clue what to do in a gym; I would come in and try a machine or two and then retreat to a treadmill. Amanda showed me how to work with weights, what to pay attention to and how to exercise so I don’t hurt myself. Amanda is incredibly professional and it’s never awkward or uncomfortable with her. Overall, if you do not know where to start or want to get fit but can’t seem to force yourself to exercise (look, we’ve all been there!) - Amanda is the best choice you can make! You’ll learn to love gym (I said what I said!) and appreciate your body the way it is - while pushing it further in a safe and healthy manner! Cannot recommend Amanda enough, she absolutely changed my life."

★★★★★ "Amanda has been my trainer for the last 4 years. Amanda was by my side while I went through some life-changing events. While on holidays, I had an accident, resulting in a knee injury. While I was waiting for surgery, Amanda made sure I kept a positive spirit and remained active but in a safe manner. After my surgery, she helped me with my physio exercises. Right now, my knee has full range of motion, without any pain or discomfort. My wedding was coming up shortly after the surgery, and like any bride, I wanted to be fit. Amanda was there for me, making sure I wasn't putting too much pressure on my knee and keeping me in a positive spirit. A month later, I found out that I was pregnant. This happened right at the start of the COVID pandemic. With that, I had to be extra careful and minimize contact with people. Amanda managed to find a way to help me keep training while helping with my pregnancy exercises as well. By explaining how each movement or exercise was supposed to make me feel, she helped me understand my body. This was critical as I had to combine my pregnancy-related exercises with the physio for my knee. I was always looking forward to our sessions because of her positive attitude and enthusiasm, that helped me keep me going during the lockdowns and pregnancy. Amanda is a good listener and observer. She will make that each exercise is done at the right intensity level. Intense enough to have an effect but not hard enough to cause an issue. I highly recommend and encourage PT sessions with her."
