This course was designed to train apartment managers on Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Personal Protective Equipment.  Recently, the Smith Real Estate Partners Company has received below passing ratings in the areas of the Hazard Communication Standard, Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Standard. The goal would be for all apartment complexes to receive at least a 70% passing score on all inspections pertaining to the areas of the Hazard Communication Standard, Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Standard.
