Stampin' Up! releases three product catalogs per calendar year: The Annual Catalog, the Mini Catalog, and Sale-A-Bration. These promotions generate a significant portion of Stampin' Up!'s revenue and require particular attention to ensure successful marketing. I was entrusted with developing marketing copy for each of these highly anticipated catalogs:

Stampin' Up!'s (SU!) base community is called demonstrators. Demonstrators assist and welcome other crafters to SU! Each promotion includes a campaign synopsis, which is shared on the Demonstrator Portal on SU! website. These synopses are provided to answer potential demonstrator/customer questions (such as the promotion dates) and list available resources demonstrators could use to market campaigns to their crafters. Stampin' Up! and Close To My Heart (CTMH) are both well-known Utah crafting companies. In 2024, CTMH made the decision to close its doors. In an effort to provide a space for CTMH's crafters (called Makers), Stampin' Up! acquired the remaining stock so that Makers could still purchase much sought-after products. These marketing emails were designed with the intention to welcome Makers to the Stampin' Up! community amidst this change. I wrote these emails with the goal of providing a welcoming environment for Makers while acknowledging the sensitivity of their transition to a new crafting community.
Stampin' Up!'s 415,000+ social media followers testify to how much their customers rely on these communication resources. While at SU!, I wrote copy intending to inspire creativity and foster community. This experience led me to develop the social media guidelines for the company's communications team.
