Hi everyone, for those who don't know me I'm Alyssa! I am the person behind me the screen. Currently based in Wick, Caithness with my own studio. 

Over the last couple months, I've achieved multiple qualifactions aiding my personal skills such as; 

• Level 3 Personal trainer 

• Level 2 Gym Instructor 

• Level 3 & 4 Sports massage 

• Taping & Strapping for sport

• Zumba instructor 

With these qualifactions I am hoping to offer a range of colourful services to my local comunitity! From holding Zumba classes to having my own personal clients.
