Guest Flow Revision

     The guest flow and wayfinding within Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge have been intentionally designed to reflect the rugged, otherworldly environment that aligns with its narrative. However, specific areas, such as Ronto Roasters and Kat Saka's Kettle, present challenges in guest flow and wayfinding.

     This Design Intent Package outlines a hypothetical revision plan for these areas. It includes:

     - A diagram of the guest flow INTENDED within the existing design.

     - Identified issues within the existing layout.

     - Proposed revisions with detailed solutions to address these challenges.

     The proposed revisions aim to preserve the land’s narrative integrity and storytelling elements while enhancing the overall guest experience. The identified issues have been observed through extensive personal observation of the area and are not a critique of the companies or designers involved in its creation.

     It is important to note that challenges in guest flow and wayfinding can significantly impact both guest satisfaction and cast member efficiency, both of which are essential considerations in any design process. This document serves as an educational tool to explore how intentional design improvements can elevate the guest experience.
