Scientifically, I think my most memorable experience was doing my first experiment with my lab mates. When we started, we were so excited and thought our experiment would solve this long-standing debate about how people perceive the length of things we hold in our hands. The answer we found was nowhere near as straightforward as expected and did not result in a significant scientific breakthrough.
We can see that the members were serious about our research topics. All team members were tired; however, we were enthusiastic about doing our experiment, which showed our team spirit for achieving our research goal.
We could see the clock time, it was 1 am, and still, we were doing our experiment. We started our investigation that day early morning at 8.30 am, and we continuously experimented without any break. Finally, we got our results after 18 hours of continuous work, and we were so happy; still, I remember the happiness of my team members when we got our best results. I was the team leader, and to celebrate our joy from our hard work, we ordered chicken and pizza in the early morning at 5 am. When the delivery person gave me the delicious chicken and pizza, I still remember the happy time when my colleague opened the chicken and pizza boxes. We were so hungry like anything, and we enjoyed our meal with double happiness.
