My primary field of research includes, but is not limited to, hydrologic modeling, remote sensing, climate data analysis, and the integration of data science in various aspects of water resources problems in Bangladesh. So far, I have worked on developing flood forecasting models in the northeastern and northwestern parts of Bangladesh, developed flood impact models for the same region, and worked on water quality analyis under a changing climate and land use in the Chesapeake Bay. Through my future research, I wish to unravel the complexities of hydrometeorological hazards in Bangladesh under a changing climate.
