Rorschach's Garden [2025]

Rorschach's Garden explores the body at its quantum threshold—where identity exists in superposition, simultaneously observed and observer. Through deliberately degraded video signals and AI-generated animation, the work presents a secret garden inhabited by crypto-fauna: organisms flickering between states, their bodies trembling with unrealized forms.

This piece interrogates the body's multiplicities through the lens of quantum uncertainty. The garden's biota exist in probability clouds—here and not-here, collapsed and uncollapsed—embodying the contemporary experience of hybrid physical-digital existence. Each creature is a body that contains all possible bodies, unresolved until observation forces it into singular form. The deliberate corruption of the video signal mirrors our fragmented self-representation across platforms: the body as unstable data, constantly degrading and regenerating through technological mediation.

Interplay [2024]

The Interplay International Experimental Media Showcase 2024 inaugural edition was a groundbreaking collaboration between the School of Cultural Technology at XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang), Hanshan Art Museum, Taicang Art Museum, and H+ Museum. 

Conceived as a global platform for experimentation, Interplay brings together artists, students, and thinkers to explore the intersection of art, storytelling, and technology.Rooted in a spirit of innovation and cultural dialogue, the showcase celebrates the limitless potential of digital creativity—bridging academic inquiry with artistic practice. 

Featuring works selected from nearly 3,000 submissions across more than 100 countries, Interplay highlights the diversity of voices redefining the language of media in the 21st century. Through experimental film, animation, and new media, it invites audiences to engage with bold visions that challenge perception, expand narrative boundaries, and reimagine how we connect through technology and art.More than an exhibition, Interplay is a growing creative community—where established artists and emerging talents converge to inspire, question, and shape the future of media together.
