[COMPANY_NAME] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application AluPilot (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Summary: AluPilot is an offline business tool. Your client, quotation, and business data are stored on your device only. We do not collect, sell, or share your business data with third parties for advertising or analytics.
When you use AluPilot, the following information may be stored locally on your device:
Business information: business name, owner name, email, phone, address, GST number, state, logo, signature, and terms & conditions
Client information: client name, mobile number, address, city, and notes
Quotation data: item dimensions, quantities, rates, remarks, payment details (advance/due), and generated quotation history
App settings: language preference, profile insert values, biometric lock preference, and backup metadata
Files you create: PDF quotations/bills and .alupilotbackup backup files
This data is stored in the App’s local database and device storage. It is not automatically uploaded to our servers.
We do not:
Require you to create an account
Collect your client or quotation data on our servers
Sell your personal or business data
Use third-party advertising networks in the App
Track your location
Access your contacts list
Record audio or use your microphone
Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
If you enable Biometric Lock, the App uses your device’s built-in biometric system to unlock the App. Biometric data is processed by Apple and never stored or transmitted by AluPilot.
Photos / images (logo and signature)
If you add a business logo or signature, you select an image from your device. The image is stored locally for use on PDF quotations. We do not upload these images to our servers.
Sharing PDFs and backups
When you share a PDF or backup file, you choose the destination app (e.g. WhatsApp, Mail, Files). That transfer is between your device and the app you select. We do not control how those third-party services handle your files.
AluPilot lets you export and import backup files (.alupilotbackup) on your device or through apps you choose. You are responsible for where you save backup files and who can access them.
AluPilot is a business application intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data remains on your device until you:
Delete individual clients or quotations within the App, or
Remove the App from your device (which deletes local App data), or
Import a backup that replaces existing data
We cannot delete your on-device data remotely because we do not host it.
We design AluPilot to keep data on your device. You may enable biometric lock for additional protection. No method of storage is 100% secure; keep your device and backup files secure.
The App is primarily designed for businesses in India. If you use the App outside India, your data still remains on your device under your control.
The App may use standard device and platform services (e.g. Apple iOS, PDF rendering, system share sheet). Those services are governed by Apple’s policies. We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that collect your business data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data. Because AluPilot stores data locally on your device, you can access, correct, or delete it directly in the App or by uninstalling the App.
