ShinyRFU2 supercedes ShinyRFU1 which is described under the "AverageRFU method" tab
The ShinyRFU prgrams are designed to extract data from raw genemapper results, using EuroForMix to carry out mixture interpretation: Mx (mixture proportions) per contributor, which is combined with quantity information, used in the React project. ShinyRFU2 has extensive error trapping, to identifies format errors with the data
The program can be downloaded: ShinyRFU2_0.3.1.tar.gz
or from github:https://github.com/peterdgill/ShinyRFU2.git

This is the quick start guide
The data show the structure required for ShinyRFU2 and you can practice before using your own data. Only one sample analysis is provided in the example. Usually there will be multiple samples to analyse. The data of all samples are concatenated per file (one underneath the other) - so there are never more than four files, regardless of the number of samples analysed
