ALTRaP - ENFSI REACT PROJECT

The ENFSI REcovery ACTivity program is a project with 20+ collaborating laboratories, all have submitted data for analysis. A program Shiny_React has been prepared that can be used to analyse the data

Laboratory data to upload directly into Shiny_React program are available. Data are subject to version control to include updates and error corrections. The publication is based on version 2 (use this version)

Version 3 is in preparation. Currently it only contains changes to the data: either additional laboratories or corrected data. Users should continue with Version 2 (since this will not change). After a period of time, Version 3 will be compiled with all data from labs and released as a new update. A change log is available to show additions/alterations from v2.

Data compilation is available. Excel spreadsheet comprises the combined database of all laboratories. It is designed to be easily searchable and data that fit any criteria can be extracted. Also subject to the same version control as above.

Access Shiny_React_v2 program on the Shiny.io website. No knowledge of R is needed. It will open on your browser. Please note that it is a bit slow to initialise and you will have to wait about four minutes after pressing the 'Run' button, but subsequent runs during the same session are much faster (about 30 seconds)
