Welcome!
Welcome!
Within the vast expanse of the internet, it is nearly impossible to avoid conflict brewing up from various online interactions and conversations netizens engage in. A multitude of negative outcomes now threaten how people conclude a supposedly civil and rational social tapestry—from rude name-calling to utterly eye-widening threats. Since the proliferation of online misconduct now extends to innocent netizens who simply go about their days on the internet, various anti-cyberbullying organizations cropped up to respond to this cause.
We're one of those organizations, and we're here to lend a virtual helping hand.
Hmm...
What is Cyberbullying?
Well, cyberbullying is fundamentally more devastating and dynamic when compared to traditional bullying. Traditional bullying typically entails a social cocktail made of physical fights, verbal berating done in-person, and other such real-life manifestations that make up the intensity of a single moment of conflict. When it comes to cyberbullying, the aftermath and backlash generated from online debacles are much more potent. The remains of socially degrading arguments and responses can take years to bury in the vastness of the internet, making it more difficult for victims of such onslaughts to recover from them.
