These Terms & Conditions explain how services are provided by Alterations Change Works. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
Alterations Change Works provides hypnotherapy and related change work, and may include energy-based or Superconscious processes within selected services.
These services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis services.
No medical or mental health diagnoses are made. No medication advice is given. If you have health concerns, consult an appropriate regulated health professional.
Participation is voluntary. You may stop a session at any time.
Where a signed consent form is used, it forms part of the agreement to receive services.
No outcomes can be guaranteed. Results vary and depend on individual readiness, participation, and response.
All new clients begin with a Discovery Session.
Returning clients may be asked to complete another Discovery Session if the issue is new or significantly different.
You agree to disclose relevant information affecting safety or suitability (including medical conditions, medications, mental health history, or major life circumstances).
Alterations Change Works may decline or discontinue services if the work is not suitable or safe. Alternative support may be suggested.
Session lengths are as stated at booking.
Late arrival may shorten the session. Full fees still apply.
Packages must be used within 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions expire after this period.
Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Pricing may change, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid.
Third-party providers (e.g. Afterpay) operate under their own terms.
48 hours’ notice is requested.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice forfeit the session fee (or session from a package).
Rescheduling is done through the confirmation link.
If the practitioner reschedules and no alternative time is suitable, a refund for unused sessions may be offered.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
Where a refund is issued, it may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees.
Weekend sessions may be available by arrangement. A $30 surcharge applies.
Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and private space.
If technical issues prevent delivery, reasonable efforts will be made to continue, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed where connection failure interrupts the session.
